The Foundation was registered as a charity in Canada effective September 2, 2011. In addition to preserving the Vedic tradition of education, the Foundation supports the basic and advanced training of Pandits and in this way supports the goal of achieving 9,000 Maharishi Vedic Pandits at the Brahmasthan of India.
